REFUND POLICY

Return Policy:
Most items on our website can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund (excluding shipping costs). We do not offer refunds on personal care products (such as perfume and soap), earrings, bodysuits, sale items, gift cards and special orders.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending your items back with a tracking number as we won’t be able to honour returns on lost parcels.
You are also welcome to bring your item back to our store for return, and the same policies will apply.
